Training and Continued Education Opportunities
Our employees are the driving force behind our success as a company, and we believe in returning the favor by offering them opportunities for apprenticeship and continued education.
Apprenticeship Program
Our apprenticeship (trainee) program is sponsored by the Wyoming Contractors Association (WCA), with curriculum developed by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) program. The NCCER program is nationally recognized and is transferable to other companies.
Through the program, training can be completed to become a cement mason, bridge/structure technician, heavy equipment mechanic, or truck driver in construction. Many our trainees go through the Bridge/Structure Technician program, which provides great understanding and hands-on knowledge of all the specific skills they’ll be putting to work here at Reiman Corp.
Supervisor Training
For employees preparing to advance to a supervisory role, we’re proud to offer a Supervisor Training Program (STP) through The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). This program offers classes in problem solving, leadership, written communication, cost awareness, scheduling and other skills necessary for success in a supervisory role.
Continued Education
Beyond our training and apprenticeship programs, we encourage all employees to attend other types of classes to further their education. Some examples of classes our employees have pursued in the past include welding, concrete training, first aid, CPR, heavy equipment, crane operating, and life line safety.
